Description

The road to Moroto is mostly unpaved. This combined with the continuous climbing and the heat can make this stage a challenging one! Make sure you carry enough water with you! The environment however, is stunning, very special and so different from all other stages on this trail. Mount Moroto, seen from far away, will be your focus point as the town of Moroto is located at the foot of the mountain. This will also be your final destination for today. Along the way, you will see many friendly locals on the roadside, wearing traditional clothes which makes the ride even more special!
